Surgical Sperm Retrieval (TESA / Micro-TESE)

For severe male-factor infertility or azoospermia, sperm can be retrieved directly from the testicular tissue using TESA or Micro-TESE.
Retrieved sperm are then used with ICSI as part of a tailored fertility plan.
