Precision Protocols

Specialised care for previous IVF failure & recurrent loss.

Repeated implantation failure or recurrent pregnancy loss often calls for more than another standard cycle — it calls for precision.

Our Precision Protocols address the four pillars of implantation: embryo science, the uterine environment, immunology and structural correction — to systematically investigate and address the root cause.

When Standard IVF Has Not Worked

IVF Failure & Low Ovarian Reserve Solutions

Specialised fertility protocols for women with low AMH, repeated IVF failures, or implantation difficulties — designed around a careful investigation of the root cause before the next cycle.

Frequently asked questions

General information only. Your own care is planned after a consultation specific to your situation.

What are precision protocols in fertility care?

They are additional investigations and techniques used where standard treatment has not worked or where a specific problem is suspected — for example advanced embryo selection, endometrial receptivity timing, uterine microbiome testing, or immunological support. They are used selectively, only where clinically indicated.

What is PGT-A and when is it used?

PGT-A is preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy — screening embryos for the correct number of chromosomes before transfer. It may be discussed in specific clinical situations such as repeated implantation failure or recurrent pregnancy loss. Sex determination is not performed under any circumstances, as it is prohibited by law in India.

What is an ERA test?

Endometrial receptivity analysis assesses the window during which the uterine lining is most receptive to an embryo, so that transfer can be timed to the individual rather than to a standard calendar. It is considered in selected cases, typically after previous transfers have not been successful.

Are these advanced tests recommended for everyone?

No. They add cost and complexity, and are only advised where the clinical picture suggests they will inform the treatment plan. Dr. Aishwarya Yerram discusses whether a specific test is likely to be useful in an individual situation before recommending it.

What does immunological support involve?

Where investigations point to an immune-related factor in implantation, treatments such as intralipids or other agents may be considered. These are used on clear clinical indication, with the reasoning and evidence explained during consultation.
